Are you experiencing an emergency? Do you need immediate financial support? Emergency/Basic Needs provides critical financial support in emergency situations, including rent, bus passes, gas cards, grocery gift cards, clothing, and vehicle repair.

Description of Services:
Are you experiencing an emergency? Do you need immediate financial support? Emergency/Basic Needs provides critical financial support in emergency situations, including rent, bus passes, gas cards, grocery gift cards, clothing, and vehicle repair. Provides youth in transition with immediate financial assistance for items such as rent, bus passes, gas cards, interview clothing, vehicle repair, food cards, and other urgent needs. Program staff personally meet applicants, identify and assess needs, and assist with purchasing the essentials to resolve the immediate financial emergency. Staff and volunteers also provide one-on-one advice to participants by sitting down and outlining a budget and financial plan. Youth are given an overview of all JIT programs and may apply for other services.

Requirements:
Youth must be going to school and/or working and between the ages of 18 and 26.
