Due to the enormous national and local need for healthcare for the uninsured, our limited resources, and our commitment to provide high quality health care to our patients, we have limited ability to accept new patients with a serious medical need and no access to healthcare. Our priority is caring for patients who do not qualify for any other healthcare programs or resources.

Before coming to any of the clinics, please speak with 2-1-1 to see if you may qualify for healthcare in San Diego. To be considered as a new patient with us, please arrive before the starting time of clinic to speak with our team. We can not guarantee that you will be seen same day but can do our best to meet your needs. The preferred arrival times for each clinic are Mondays at 5:00 pm at Downtown San Diego clinic, Tuesdays at 1:00 pm at Normal Heights clinic and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm at our Pacific Beach clinic.

Thanks to our outstanding community partners, we currently have five clinic sites. Please expect to spend up to five hours at the clinic during your visit, and part of this time may involve waiting outside. Please dress accordingly, and you may want to bring a snack and a book to read.​
