Learn and Earn to Achieve Potential (LEAP)
Description of Services:
Serving youth county-wide, LEAP is a secondary bridging program which provides youth with 6 – 8 weeks of academic skill remediation, work readiness and life skill development as well as college and career exploration and preparation.
Following the bridging courses, youth then receive support as they transition into their first year of post-secondary training/education.

Eligibility:
-
Between the ages of 16 – 25
-
Any of the following:

Involved in foster or juvenile justice systems, or

Experiencing homelessness, or

Residents in transitional housing units
