Description of Services:

For 50 years, Family Health Centers of San Diego’s (FHCSD) mission has been to provide caring, affordable, high-quality health care and supportive services to everyone, with a special commitment to uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved persons.

Services provided: Urgent care, primary care, insurance enrollment assistance, refugee health assessment program, pharmacy, flu shots, mental health services, dental services, vision services, the program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE), plus additional services
