Description of Services:
A program that funds medical care for uninsured indigent adult county residents. While not a health insurance program, County Medical Services (CMS) funds services through a network of community health centers, private physicians, and hospitals.

Eligibility criteria: 1.) Have immediate or long-term medical need 2.) Be 21-64 years of age 3.) Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible alien, with supportive documentation 4.) A resident of San Diego County 5.) Sign lien forms for services covered by CMS 6.)
