Casa Cornelia Law Center

Description of Services:

The services of Casa Cornelia are available to those individuals and families without sufficient financial resources to hire an attorney.

Asylum Seekers

If you are foreign-born and cannot return to your home country because you have suffered or fear you will be persecuted due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, you may be eligible.  For any questions, please call our office at 619-231-7788.

Children’s Program

The Children’s Program serves:

1. every detained unaccompanied child in San Diego County
2. non-detained children in removal proceedings before the San Diego Immigration Court
3. vulnerable immigrant children living in San Diego County not in removal proceedings

If you are caring for or seeking reunification with a child who meets one of the criteria above and needs legal representation,
please call our office at 619-231-7788.

Victims of Crime Program

If you have been a victim of domestic violence or a serious crime, have been forced to work or provide services but did not receive the payment or treatment at the job you had agreed to, or have been compelled to participate in sex acts, you may qualify for immigration relief. To apply for a free, confidential consultation with a Casa Cornelia attorney, please call our office at 619-231-7788.

Do not send us any private or confidential information unless we personally instruct you to do so.  Completing an application for services does not make you a client nor a prospective client of Casa Cornelia Law Center.
